Another character idea, this one leaning slightly into a super hero theme. Connie is a super-villain racoon, a master thief who is so good she can steal size and mass. Given she's naturally teensy, so she likes to gain a few pounds, or tons, before pulling a heist, though it can kinda backfire if she overdoes it.
Not super sadistic or destructive, she's mostly in it to prove she's the best thief around, and try to pay off her many many debts. Thankfully she wears a mask as a villain so noone will recognize her.
Still gotta think of a supervillain name though!
