My coyote/quoll hybrid, Karpenter, seems to have gotten himself shrunken down, which is never a good thing to have happen around my vampire rat, Kallozar.

Of course, Kallozar doesn't only drink the blood of his prey, but also likes to have some fun with them sometimes. And this time, having caught himself such a small treat, he decided to not only eat Karpenter whole, but to also torment him with a maw full of cigar smoke first. I am sure that by the time the rat is done smoking his cigar, Karpenter will welcome being swallowed down in order to escape the thick, choking miasma.

I am in love with the way this turned out. AJ's Don Bluth style of art is always gorgeous to look up, and his portrayal of Kallozar here is simply magnificent.
He looks like such a wonderful villain, making me wish I used the rat more often over the years. And of course, Karpenter's suffering it pure delight, seeing his being tormented like this.
