Looks like you've met an unfortunate fate. Luckily, King Rauru has devised a way for your body to recover after you get too damaged as you will be instantly transported into his belly along with all your stuff as well as any nearby enemies that might be in the vicinity. Oddly enough, King Rauru doesn't seem bothered by all of this in the slightest. Not to mention even though you exit his belly, his stomach doesn't shrink back diwn to normal. I think it was a game glitch or patch to remind gamers to do better and not fatten up Rauru. This actually made gamers gamers play ironically worst.
