After nearly 14 years, my main OC finally has a reference. Rumbaler has gone through quite the journey starting off as a wolf in on furnet and with one roleplay with  Anubis turned him into the snake you see today.

Rumbaler is considered the leader of Dusk Hours Inc. Living in urban fantasy universe, his place of business is to deal with the supernatural accordingly. Of course they don't provide such services for free. Out of the three who work there Rumbaler excels in the magic department loving research and learning about the many magical worlds most do not see. He tends to be more a generalist with magic not really specializing in any form of it. And just the three that have decided to work together he carries a problem and hope one day to solve said problem before it consumes. While it is rare for him to go out in the field, he tends to be the man in the other field agents ear in what they could be dealing with.

So interested in his services? Then you only need to find the small rented building sandwich between many others. Not a place anyone would ever give a second glance to until those in a supernatural crisis seek for help.
