being the youngest and the most revolting of all the siblings he usually doesn't want to follow the life style of his 2 big sisters instead he saw himself comfortable of being a male instead so he choose to become a transgender and yes he did change his appearance a lot by inserting an illusion gem into his forehead which alters his look into a male permanently until he removes it or the gem is cracked
