Here’s my spicy take on the classic pizza made with only the best ingredients I had available in my fridge.
Here’s how I made it:
1-preheat oven to 400f
2-take pre-made dough that has risen for at least 3+ hours and knead with cornmeal into a round circle shape onto a round pizza dish sprayed with pam (I used multigrain dough)
3-add pizza sauced mixed with your favourite hot sauce onto your dough and spread to the edges (use at least 1-2tbsp or whatever your best level desires)
4-add sliced salami followed by shredded mozzarella cheese and then your favourite veggie toppings
5-bake in oven for 18-20 minutes or until crust is cooked and cheese is melted/bubbly (be careful not to burn!) then remove from oven and let cold for at least 5 minutes
6-slice, serve and enjoy!
