A fan art of one of two favorite turtles of my brother, Raphael. Still rude like his comic counterpart, but he's more of a smart mouth instead of a hot tempered ninja. Sometimes, he'll use his sais as pizza eating forks. Raphael is my favorite Rob Paulson role alongside Spike the Spiketail.
