not entirely. if you only changed the legs and not the pelvis. only from the knee down.

also without that concave spinal adjustment. but even my dog can stand on his hind legs for a surprizing amount of time, with someone to hold his paw.

Not really.
I bought them a while ago because of a fantasy.
It never worked out and now they take up space in my closet.
their weight capacity is 240lbs, so I know you're not too heavy for them.
Heck, I'M not too heavy for them. Sadly this means they're too strong for my weak legs.

I don't know. It's depends on if it's raining that day or not (I bike to bellfurs right after working from 3 - 11:30AM... or 4-12:30pm, rain means soggy shoes ).
While I can fit the stilts into my backpack... roughly, they're awkward and not so fun to carry.
