After talking to some artist and commissioner, as well as seeing the LJ communities Artists Beware and Artists Recommend, I came up with this simple chart.

The idea is for both the artist and commissioner (this is for paid commissions only as every artist has different policies regarding gift, free, or kiriban art) to rate each other both before and after the commission is started and completed.

The idea behind this rating sheet is to help both commissioners and artists know who is reliable and who isn't.

These sheets can be posted in your scraps folder for reference, posted on Artists Beware and Artists Recommend, and other art sites
