Finished commission for TornadoTurbulence on Discord. He started playing a rom hack of Explorers of Sky, and so needed a version of his sona that's ready to take it on! Shinx is an excellent choice in my humble opinion, though I am biased to all the cat Pokemon. Either way, he makes an adorable shinx, and I am now painfully aware that I have no luxray OC and REALLY need to make one...
