Crunchy and cheesy personal pepperoni nachos
Nothing beats a plate of cheesy goodness with a crunchy twist all mixed together into this wonderful fusion of Italian and Mexican cuisine!
Here’s how I made it:
1-preheat oven to broil on low
2-layer nacho chips on a personal-sized baking tray
3-add crunchy cheese snacks (Cheetos, cheezies, etc, whatever brand you want to use) followed by shredded mozzarella and pepperoni
4-broil in oven until cheese is bubbling+melted and pepperoni is crisp and charred (be careful not to burn)
5-let cool for 5 minutes then enjoy with your favourite choice of dip!
