I can’t tell you how much I love this page, the dialogue has gone through so many changes and probably still will have a revision at some point to make it just right, this page was so important to me because I get the chance to build upon so many themes of TFS all at once, some won’t even be noticeable just yet but foreshadow so much later on down the line. But arguably more importantly, I get to highlight what a beautiful thing gender non-conformity is, it can be perceived as lonely in a world so built upon roles and binaries but it can also be beautiful and fleeting to be free of such constraints. Showing this in Hemlans journey was something I’ve been very excited to do and I want to thank Kaaz especially for her wonderful assistance in helping me write this whole scene.
