One more Team Rocket commission! This actually comes from one of the original commissioners for the Team Rocket series, who wished to remain anonymous, as he wasn't able to get this idea in during the original run- so, I decided to give him a chance to get his Meowscarada lady out after the first eight designs had been made.

Ms. Catarina, like Chantelle before her, works on the Cosmotropolis's performing stage as a headline singing act (in addition to dance and other... burleseque types of performances, shall we say). Once a struggling artist who was desperate for a shot at the big stage, Reynard took them on with interest in their potential, deciding to spare a one-of-a-kind Master Ball to remake the would-be performer to his liking right down to their sense of self.
For a while, the actor just played the role of Catarina, trying his best to fit the mold that posters and adverts created... but thanks to the influence of the Hypno-Balls, Reynard's cunning and confidence had the artist become the mask they wore, and there's been no going back since. Catarina is Catarina; always has been and always will be~.

I'm not sure what's gonna be next on the horizon after this; I've got a few Sonic pieces in the works, but after that, who knows... still, I hope y'all enjoy the extra Team Rocket piece.
