If it isn't clear at this point, I'm a huge suckered for anything with a lot of fluff, the fluffier the more prone I am to like it. And after a friend sent me a Twitter post of someone making a fluffy Popplio, I wanted to advance that, and now we have a fluffy Bfionne. Was a commission I bought off Fiverr, and they may make it into my main timeline.

That being said, as of current, you may not make any art of this character. I want the time to fully flesh them out and determine more about them before I'm comfortable allowing them the same level of permission I've granted with Kippa. You are allowed to make art of a fluffy Brionne, since obviously we all know why Brionne is open material source, just not any on THIS specific Brionne. Please and thank you.
