I drew this several months ago after watching

streaming. I was really inspired by the painted look achieved in his (her?) work.

For those of you waiting on sketch commissions: I promise I haven't forgotten! And I'm not drawing other things instead :P This is from quite some time ago.

Finals are a pain in the butt.

I really like how you colored her nose and hat.
The fur is a bit weird looking because of how you overlapped it? Especially near the corner. Near the front of the neck and the face looks fine though. I'd like to see your painty look developed more. it shows promise

It was definitely a blast to do.
But where does it look weird? I didn't pay a super lot of attention to detail because it's supposed to be 100x100. Even this is 50% of the original size. BIG DRAWING IS BIG.

I would argue with this only because of contrast levels. if you desaturated, there would be less contrast.

Perhaps, but green and red have the same like.. Value. With the background desaturated, I feel like it would would push that back and bring the character forward more.
I'm mostly talking about what would benefit the 100x100. I'd have to play around with it ;(
