Recently I've decided to go back and re-work several characters and totally overhaul my old dragon story, wiping the slate and starting over!
This is the update for Sumeragi, prince of the country Ryuga and Accele are from, he barely changed save for color balancing at least with this outfit, as he has one he wears much more casually!
