One of my semi-new OCs. In my DBZ AU she'll look a little bit different then this but this version is based on the RP.
She is a Houhjin (Firebird) that originated in the colonies of the Nettairin (Tropical) race that were forced to flee from the genocide of their race by the other factions. As such, the colonies and the planet are still at odds with one another although the conflict has calmed after being claimed into the Icejin Empire. Still, neither side is fond of the other.
In the current segment of the RP, she is a spy, gathering intelligence with her partner Tekilazo, who is like an elder brother/ father figure for her. In order to gather this information she performs dances before the noblemen of the court, quite similar to rhythmic gymnastics.
(That and I've been staring at Ivy from Soul Caliber when I drew her outfit. XD )
