AI are the beginning of big problems in the world.

Big corporations were collecting, using and selling data before. It was a mistake to rely on Twitter that much to begin with.

I recall reading somewhere this is doomsaying, and that it's training models on delivering you more relevant content to your "For You" feed like TikTok or Instagram, and not handing away your art to AI art websites to pilfer from.

Yes, training their own models. For commercial purposes, obviously.

I am once again begging people to actually read and parse terms of service. This is entirely in relation to them training their own algorithm feeds. This isn't for LLMs or artbots.

Thanks for the heads up I figured it would end up this way so I yanked all my art from the web and only show it an cons now. it's about the only way to prevent them from doing that with pure certainty

They've found that if you train AIs with the output of AIs then the results degrade. I'm not sure whether they've done this with artbots, nor whether it's about feeding then exclusively on AI output rather than a mixture, but it's possible that they'll have to develop accurate categorisers to avoid this problem.

I can't help thinking this is similar to group-think or internet echo chambers, where groups self-support themselves into weird counter-evidential ideas, and then become invested and refuse to examine contrary evidence. It's not exclusively an internet thing, but the algorithm-selected feeds we tend to consume these days do tend to promote that behaviour.

Your style is too complicated for AI - trust me there are people who already tried, lol
