I won a Raffle from someone else nearly 2 months ago. They said "No time limit" and have done a dozen YCHs, and part of their paid commissions. >,< Starting to think I'll never see that Raffle piece.

To be honest, Crimson had to wait 3 months to see this. I feel bad for that but... I finally did it.
I don't know what would do this artist. If he/she really cheats on you, she/he'll turn out to be quite an asshole
Btw I'm waiting for my chibi commission for... 1 years and 3 months :') I think I'd never see that commission either

Have someone that my mate paid nearly 400 dollars to for art, and stickers. He got some shitty stickers and she didn't do the promised art, and she basically told him, "You'll get what I give you." This was after nearly 2 years. He was FURIOUS with her, and rightfully so! I've since intervened, and I've gotten him art, and a redraw of the stickers, though it's been nearly a year since she's promised me she'd redraw them. Not the same person as the one who said I'd won the raffle, but still seems like if it's got to do with me/those I love, people tend to go radio silence on us.
