Basically, Kurt's laughing his ass off becuase he found out Todd was born on a Leap year. On Feb 29th. Poor boy. Kurt's such a brat sometimes.

Meanwhile, Wanda is ticked off about something Todd did. And so she shows up late to the movie she was supposed to go with him and at the same time, he walks away and . . . well, that's where the comic starts. XD;
