Translated as "Red Cabbage and Spatzle". Basically red cabbage simmered in red wine. For those unfamiliar with spatzle, it's a light and airy egg batter that's mashed through a spaztle board (think, big flat wooden cheese grater) over simmering water, strained, then pan fried until crispy.
