Inside Job is a great funny adult show about conspiracies and the organizations maintaining those conspiracies. Coach has technically put himself at cryptid status as the strange magical old man, so of course Incognito would be interested in him. And Coach would absolutely want to be in on all the conspiracies, he might even get to meet Bigfoot if he plays his cards right!

Inside Job is a show I'd recommend if you like shows like Futurama, it has some pretty great characters and good jokes and the trailer for it doesn't do it justice. The character you think is going to be an annoying overly positive dumbass is actually the most precious cinnamon role and he needs to be protected. The show is incredibly creative and has a lot of cool lore, I wouldn't call it DEEP in depth lore but it's enough to make the world very interesting and keeps you wondering "just which conspiracies are true?" as a lot of them are true to a point but with some twist to them, or they are something completely different that you don't expect. Also Alex Hirsch is involved so you know it's gotta be good.
