While Tracy and I were in the hospital after the birth of our daughter there was a meme that apparently exploded about Krystal not being able to enjoy her sandwich, and variations of this picture suddenly appeared EVERYWHERE. I found the original picture and facial expression to be incredibly funny looking and was delighted to do my own take on the concept.
