This has been waiting to be finished since 2019 lol. This is one of Cold Blood's daughters, Invisible Threat. She's just as much of a smart aleck as her father because he does his best to teach all his spawn to be smart aleck evil troublemakers like him and Invisible Threat has teleportation abilities and can make herself invisible so she can hurl her verbal barbs and dart out of reach before she gets any repercussions for them.
