so I wanted to try out the Lizardmen and worked on Skink.
there are no female Lizardfolk on Warhammer due to the fact they are birth from some spawning pool so a female is not needed. but even if a female Lizardmen were real they would not look like this. I know some would hate me for this but they would look not different from the males just wider hips and if you can look closely enough the fact they would be at home protecting their home and offspring and males would be out on the battlefield.
I will say this. they get far better treatment than what female Skaven get.

Hmm, wow. Not only the information about your version of lizardwomen is cool and interesting, but I must say that this skink gal still looks THICC, firm, (kinda) cute, sexy, (really) pretty, in good shape, (kinda) elegant, fancy, (a bit) scary, stunning and (very) cool too; great work by the way. <3
thing is, despite no recorded gender differance. all of what we know about lizardmen reproduction comes from breif in universe human documentation.
When oxyotl the chemeloen skink returned from the chaos wastes chemeleon skinks were thought to be extinct yet they started returning in numbers not long after.
So it's very possible they have egg carriers and fertalisers but to the average human it just looks like they spawn from their pools.
And the spawning pools are closely guarded from prying eyes so the average human or even elf would not rightly know how it works.
It's vague lore open to allot of interpretation. mostly because the writers don't want to go into detail X3
so sexual dimorphism may or may not be a thing. Lords know manlings still don't rightly understand skaven at all.
My working thoery is it's probley like crocodile repoduction. and the spawning pools are basicly the best place to leave the eggs for perfect incubation.
and yes very lovely colours used. is that an obsidian spear per chance?

Technically all Lizardman are an "Engineered" Race similar to the Eldar and the Orks, ok maybe closer to the Orks in their function and social behavior.
