Since she is a Teddy Bear (And a squishy one at that), She would not posses any hardened muscular tissues or a bone structure, Therefor, She can't feel any fatigue.
Though this does mean she has to move the contents of her soft insides to her legs, arms and back to make sure she can form a sort of leverage so that she can lift that. Which would turn the rest of her body hollow. (Her belly and head would deflate. xD)
