Noland was studying what he thought was a new Pokémon, but once he threw his Poké Ball to catch it, he discovered it was Bowser! Angry with the disrespect, he kidnapped Noland and took him to his castle, with a nice punishment ready for him: after locking Noland's ankles in a pair of stocks, Bowser started to call all the inhabitants of the Mushroom Kingdom to tickle and lick Noland's ticklish feet. The first ticklers are Blooper, that started to use his tentacles to torture Noland' right foot, and some Yoshis, that came to lick Noland's left sole and toes (it's difficult to not swallow such a tasty man!). Noland is definitely enjoying his punishment a lot!
