Honestly, guys? I was scared to even post this, because I know I'll never pull anything like this off ever again. *LOL* Connor had to wait a bit on this, since Anzel's book cover dominated my February, but hopefully it was worth it. I wanted to put a little extra into it since he generously donated to help us find Scrambles when she was lost, and that little gesture went a long way in keeping my faith up during the whole ordeal.
Sketch in Sai, everything else in Photoshop. It's sure as hell been a long time since I could say that! :O
This is U.S. Deputy Marshal Cyrus O'Connor, and he comes to us courtesy of
connor.drake. Reference (of the awesomely hot Timothy Olyphant, ee!) used by request of client. Yes, he asked me to draw that specific gun. The picture is for the client, so they get whatever they ask for. :P
A month later: I realize I didn't quite nail the dramatic angle the ref pic did. I'm sure I could go back and try tilting it a little, but it'd really require a total re-do to get it right. Lessons learned... <3

Taurus are great deals if you get one that isn't bunk from what I hear, all 2nd/3rd party to it though. I'm sticking with the tremendous function and sacrifice of form, being a Glock in .40

thats what i was hoping simply because of the gun....
though what modern cowboy wears a cowboy hat and etc unless they're wanting to be fancy...like going to the rodeo or a bar....
I rarely see cowboys wearing the old hat and such....
(i live in cowboy country just so you know....which is what Montana is XD )
