Well it looks different, the red takes getting used to, it kinda is throwing me off a bit, it is keeping me from commenting on the red of it properly. <.<

To me, it looks like this is definitely going for, never mind cool, or tough, but...cute... ^^; You know what exudes that, and that I am pretty sure you haven't done of your character? Sleeping. ;P

And eyes closed far from always equates to sleeping, as one could be leaning coolly against a wall with their eyes closed, relaxing. That's just one example, it should get the point across fine I think.

No such thing as too cute and cuteness overload, you just haven't had experience with drawing things asleep, you fear some details may be a bit off about such an image. Scared Skai is scared. xD

Don't fear the darkness, it can be a very quiet and peaceful place, if you let it be. Or you could hear nothing but yourself as your mind panics at the mere thought of it. Your choice. Hm...

What I am concerned about is perspective and drawing architecture, both of which I've always found tricky, but I'll get the hang of it with more practice!

I forgot about that, I've actually seen it in the past... Well, maybe you can think about it after getting in more practice with it. Practice makes perfect, and I'd say perfect is pretty awesome.

Sorry for dragging this out this much, hope you don't mind too much, I just enjoy writing, and you kept replying, so I uh, kept writing. ^^;
