Poor Flutter Shy is having a gender crisis!
This was made purely for art purposes. I fan-canon Flutters to be a feminine trans-male. And while I like drawing him like that- I often draw her same as in the mlp:fim series.
For this piece I used DecoTime coloured pencils from action, alcohol markers from kayet and creadu fineliners. Deleted the background in demo version of paint tool sai.
