Yeah, but the Casey Jr. from the Casey Junior Circus Train ride is this shade of blue.

nope Tyco made it that way & heard its a rare loco for some reason & the loco is the same General type from The Great Locomotive Chase that happened during the Civil War

This had to have been some kind of production line mistake on the regular General models and they just slapped a roadname on the tender to cover their losses.
