Operation TODESWURM - Page 03
A compilation of sketches done on a larger pad paper by Samson North.
Operation TODESWURM: Page 03 - Juggernaut
This darker variant of the MALAKAS Project puts Nathan and Athena on half-display on the whole body of the Juggernaut. The Juggernaut by itself is the fourth and the very last phase unlocked a week after turning into a Super Soldier.
However, this sketch is actually the common type, as mutations will creep out with unique abilities and make around the new monstrous population. The info about mutations will out in the next page.

I could say 'yes'. I suppose there can be a potential of having both the mutated orchid sap and the concentrated muscle growth serum applied altogether, possibly thrice as powerful and dangerous as the Juggernaut itself. However, I decided to have Operation TODESWURM as a darker counterpart, separate from the universe involving the MALAKAS Project. While aggression is tamed down to just juggernauts, sizable wars, conspiracy and in-fighting in the latter universe, one in Operation TODESWURM takes on a zombie-like epidemic approach.
While phases (from Recruit to Soldier to Juggernaut) may be similar in-between, their structure is down to whoever is controlling. The higher-ups and supervisors watching over the project have responsibility in maintaining its hierarchy among Recruits, so as to not only keep even the worst of Super Soldiers under control (or at best disciplined), but to also prevent the project from going loose and disturbing the peace. The mutation line created by the Machthungrig Bloom species is much more chaotic and dangerous, and hence posing a more open threat to the world.
Muscle growth is desire to most in these universes, but peace and order are the biggest manageable priority in every society. Hence, the project's higher-ups and supervisors (in the MALAKAS universe) only want an army of civilian hunks to safeguard their city (and possibly the state of California) from more dangerous threats, and that's a long term plan with myriad of potential risks they're more than willing to take, such a risk also includes giving some Recruits a muscle growth serum just to satisfy their personal goals (whether selfish or not).
The Todeswurm parasites may not be as sentient as the anthro population, but they're aliens stuck in a completely unfamiliar world with no better choice than to hole themselves up inside mountains, and they tend to inject any living thing in their way with their venom out of self-defense, which may result in unforeseen changes in plants. Plants directly mutated by the Todeswurm are more unpredictable, and the Machthungrig (the new species deviated from ordinary orchids) shows up to be the worst.
On the personal note though, the MALAKAS Project takes on a controlled approach with four known stages of every recruit, albeit with liberty of applying additional changes to make distinction, but Operation TODESWURM comes to become more creative with not just monstrous appearances and behavior, but also with more mutations available at the Juggernaut phase/stage.
