Some of the designs for a dating sim game idea I've been ideating with my sister where the player is stuck in a manor in the woods with 5 monster boys.

There's not really a page anywhere for it :< it's still kinda in the idea phase. Back in YE OLDE DAYS of quizilla.com my sister had made a story quiz called "Horror's End" which was basically a multi chapter 'choose your own adventure' style dating sim told through quizzes. She didn't get super far in it and other than her continued developing of the characters from it more she sort of dropped in entirely. I always loved it though and wanted to see it continue and tried to prompt her to reboot it over the years, but recently this last year ish we decided to reuse the concept as "The Horror's at Endway Manor" (tHaEM) with all new characters and story and my sister's interest in learning how to use VN game dev software which would be much easier to write for than "You got ending A for chapter 1, follow the link for a chapter 2A".
We have a good idea of the first story arc but we're still figuring out the second and third acts as well as exactly HOW we want it to play and which software to pull it off (And what Frankenstein up there looks like under the trench coat)

First up is Alton Halsey the Vampire:
For safety in this modern world the vampiric aristocrat gave up dining on human blood in return for sanctuary in Endway Manor. The decades of malnutrition beyond hunting small critters or drinking the animal blood from meat packages has caused his mind to degrade leaving severe memory loss and only "Alton" remains. Alton is a friendly vampire dressed in blue who journals to archive what he won't remember by the next day, though his earliest journals have seemingly gone missing making him feel a piece of him is missing, even if that piece is the monster he once was.
Next in Line is Jimmy Gillespie.
Jimmy was found as an infant and raised by the adventurer who found him who brought and raised him in Endway Manor. Though amphibious Jimmy cannot tread far from water, limiting where he can go and what he can do to take care of himself even in his own home. Among the monsters of the Manor Jimmy comes off as a perverted horn dog, masking that what he wants is love, intimate affection and family. He's frequently berated and verbally abused by the Manor's Landlord, who is his Human brother.
Third is Bruno Santorini.
Bruno hails from the Santorini werewolf tribe of Italy who vow to protect the line between man and monster from each other. Upon coming of age Bruno found he held no control over The Beast with in him, a condition normally having the rogue beast purged from the tribe, but in favor of not having his life ended he found himself placed at Endway Manor as the resident guard dog and caretaker to the inhabitants (Mostly Alton and Jimmy, who with the passing of the Adventurer and the unwillingness of the Landlord have trouble caring for themselves or each other). Bruno is the tsundere team mom, taking to his role as guard dog, as it's literally the only reason he lives. He cooks, cleans, and is one of the few who can leave the Manor, passing as human and clear of mind. Despite his rough demeanor he cares deeply for the saftey of the Endway Manor residents and fears The Beast may harm them one day.
Fourth place is Pharaoh Neferkare.
Neferkare ruled Egypt around 3000 years ago... for about three weeks before he was assassinated and thrown into a tomb. Finding himself restless and unable to enter the afterlife he would occasionally pace his tomb until it was discovered by the Architect (Father of the Adventurer and builder of Endway Manor). Befriended, he was smuggled out of Egypt and began living his new modern turn-of-the-century life until rest finally found him... for a few decades when I got back up and started walking around again. Neferkare is a princely character, vain and oh so high and mighty, he will insult you with a genuinely kind smile. Regardless of mood he almost never loses face. When he does though his glamour fades and you are reminded just why he is the king of the undead. He dresses like a tourist, contradicting his refined personality.
Finally Bellamare Saint Germaine
Or BSG as his suit case is engraved with, leading Bruno, Alton and Jimmy to refer to him as "Big Scary Guy", Bellemare is the result of asking "What if Frankenstein was the Doctor? And the Monster? And the Creature?" all wrapped into one. Once upon a time a doctor created new life from the remains of the recently departed, died, and took his secret with him. His Son and Creation, Bellemare, keeps his memory alive through his own "immortality"; constantly replacing parts, and content to be alone building and rebuilding lives from the scraps he finds. After being run out of town for grave robbing in his last home he was offered sanctuary in endway manor in return for leaving the dead where they rest in one piece (to which he ignored in secret and with the death of the Adventurer went right back to old habits.) He is outwardly pleasant in tone in spite of the horrors the leave his mouth, his eerie wide face splitting grin is juxtapose to his dark overbearing aura, telling anyone who meets him that it is best not to interact with this 7 foot tall monstrosity. He is happy to be alone in the manor's basement surrounded by the reanimated and sewn together animals that he has created in his spare time.
