Luxurious - is the best word to describe his early life. Spoilt. He gets all: good food, darling family with influential mutuals, fine items and proper education. Not all can brag with such position.
Berkut's aim is to follow the same path of parents. He is going to become a great warrior and wants to accept the reins of government. He studies and improves own skills to be a proper heir.
But even a noble origin is not a panacea against rivals and large bands. His cosy world is ruined in a few days. Not to say he lose everything, he is still welcomed by numerous relatives from other places. However, that won't cure a big scar left in his heart. He promises that fall of his school, parents and people won't be left not avenged. Sounds honourably if to not know which kind of bloody and cruel path Berkut has chosen.
