I decided to do up some alignment charts based on various OCs that myself and  Usi Caffiend. My OC here is Cunny,  Usi Caffiend has Cat and the demons.

 Usi Caffiend came up with some cute little lines to go with each character too!

Lawful Evil - The Demons: Mm, come down to play have you~?
Evil - Cunny: The cat made me by accident. What makes you think I care how you feel?
Chaotic Evil - Cat: IMMA CAT!

As for why each one is who he is...
The Demons live in the Master's basement, invited in by the Cat. They stay in the basement and follow the rules of the house, but they are demons still. They have powers that they use to force those who go into the basement to grow in different ways and then have their way with them. They come in all shapes and sizes too- thin, fat, muscular, whatever!

Cunny is just... well he's evil. He was an accident created by Cat there and is pretty much just a bitchier, more seductive Bunny. He won't share, he won't cuddle, he'll pretty much just want sex or food from you. Cunny might even steal that last slice of pizza if he sees you going for it.

And Cat. Cat is just... well he's incomprehensible. He's crazy, kooky, mysterious, and spooky and yet he's not an Addams. He's loyal enough to stay within the Master's mansion or on the farm, but he'll sneak around gossiping, scaring, or sexing up people. In fact, before he was a cat he was an assassin who tried to kill The Doctor's son Max.
