Talia, younger princess of the Ice Kingdom, is well known in her region for her little "accident". Story that has been used again and again by her parents, much to her demise...
Far from the perfect model of a princess that would be expected of her position, Talia despise the pressure that has been put on her and her sister since they were born. The Ice Kingdom being very conservative due to the tough conditions they live in, royalty have learned to never leave anything up to luck, controlling everything they can and especially potential hostile feelings from the population, since it could way too easily spiral out of their control if left alone.
Her sister being destined to inherit the throne, Talia was left just a bit more freedom, but was supposed to be an advisor to her sister and was taught in relationships and in her behaviour, as a representant of the throne. It never really sat well with her, so she kept these feelings with her, before one day she just... ran away.

It brought havok in the castle, the King and Queen leading themselves a rescue team to find her back as fast as possible, bring their older daughter, Piper, with them.
Little did they know... Talia escaped already pretty deep into the mountain and forest on it. Probably on one of the most dangerous but magical place around. A "Magical Realm", or "Chaos Realm" as they'll be known later, a place of dense magic powers, all different elements combined in various levels, around with powerful creatures and dangerous environment to hold them.
She got lost and went deep enough to get harmed by a creature inside, until her family found her back. Healing her, but losing one of her leg in the process... she learned to make an ice replacement herself afterward.

Her parents used her as a symbol of the threat of the "Chaos Realms", restricting their access as much as possible. Talia was put aside of any form of defense and physical training, only reduced to her role of model and symbol, both to protect her, and to control others.
Little do they know, the only thing she really wants is... to go back there, once again. Piper being the only person she has been honest about her feelings with.

First royalty to ever be presented here, let alone first other character shown of this universe than Aeryl ! How crazy to chose only the 2nde in line for the ice throne here ?

Well, first of all, shush ! I'm the one to decide here xD And 2... she was the one that was the most in my mind, story included and look ><
I can deeply thank Kayla for gifting me to make her ! It was lots of try but i'm happy with what we got in the end ❤️

As you can see, it's... still a blue dragon xD that's the problem with ice and wind lol. Though i tried to make her clearly different looking than Aeryl.
More "pale", ice coloured, also the ice dragons are fluffier (even if they master ice, they have fur to protect them from too low temperatures) and have "real" ears rather than earfrills.

Also, as royalty she has a pretty clothes to suit her, yay ! A decorated hood, she uses when in function, otherwise she prefer a much simpler one to stand out less.
