Ophidia would pop up from behind cover as magnetic rounds would slice through the air. far too close for her liking. and her squad. She would project her powerful psionic might into a solid wall of force. the next series of rounds from ADVENT would ping right off it. protecting her squad as she would get ready to launch an attack. her alies were right behind her. unlikely allies, but very welcome nonetheless. her first combat mission was going smoothly.
