it's also the same scene where the main character 'Donald' crawling through the air ducts of the underground facility labs as to try and not get caught, but while he's crawling he is able to hear the haunting sounds of damned screams as if they were being skinned alive, a feeling that could only be described as "crawling through the crawlspace of hell".
