is artage free to download or do you have to buy it? im looking for a good program to ink things with because currently im using a pen that doesnt work very well and makes things look messy when i scan it. using a program would be a plus for me.

Great work.

ArtRage is both Free (limited) and $20 (Full version).

I highly recommend the Full version. For 20 dollars you are getting something that's IMHO better than photoshop at creating life-like real media.

Is it Free? Yes. Is there also a pay version for those who want to have advanced functionality? Yes. I reccommend buying the $20 version if you feel like you'd use the extra features.

Okay nice pic ver cute.
