This is Abe. He is ONLY 12 weeks old and 5lbs. He will be about 12 lbs or bigger once hes done growing. He is a New Zealand White. they are big meat rabbits.
He is a rescue i took in and he needs to go to the vet and get a look up and fixed. As my buck is NOT happy about a male in his house. He is like a big cat and is super sweet. He runs around the house and does as he wants.
Being a big boy we do not have a big enough cage for him. as i Only have ones big enough for my rabbits who do not grown past 5 lbs. Thats why hes out all the time. and my cat loves to play with him. they go after each other all day.
Anyways Abe is looking for a home and i am asking if anyone can help out with a donation that would be great. He needs $200 before he can find his forever home.

Update on the guinea pigs i saved.. they are doing great and are on there meds. and are sweet boys!!

yeah bunnys are great. i breed Mini Rex rabbits and save others on the side.. its fun but can get costly.. Just saved to guinea pigs that were is BAD health when they got here.. tho they are doing much better and on meds now.. so im happy.

He was so small though when my friend found him we thought he was a dwarf. He doubled in size after a few months and is barely going on two. My BF thought he might be a Floridian White. I'm not sure since I haven't had a rabbit since I was like nine.

oh hes a pretty boy for sure.. so happy you took him in and saved him.
and yes i try and take care of sick and homeless pets.. but the cost gets insane.. i have 16 of my own rabbits 2 cats and a dog.. on top of the 4 rescue guinea pigs and the one rabbit. im trying to find GOOD forever homes for the pigs now.. they are ready to go and be loved by a kid or someone.
i have some of my buns ready to go in a week (i breed 13 of my buns are kits weaning right now) but that does not do much for the food and other bills for them.
