I realized that I had two Kantonian meowth/persian characters, but not any other kind of meowth oc's. The first thing I did was think about an Alolan meowth, and this character popped into my head and wouldn't go away until I drew her.

Alicia is part of a high/class families that are rivals to the Felicity family (the Persian bank from PMD is Felicity bank, so a reference there.) She fancies herself a lady and a princess. Having grown up in the cities of Alola, she is not a country person, and detests getting her paws dirty. She claims to not be a fighter but when pushed will kick ass as needed. She rarely goes off on any mystery dungeon missions, preferring to stay at her guild or wherever her services are being hired and doing her work there. She usually keeps books and such, but also is a consultant between her family’s sales business and various guilds. Her standards are quite high. She is the tsundere type and claims to only be attracted to those of her class, but she has a weakness for scruffy rough-and-tumble folks.
