Looks someone has grabbed Genie's magic lamp and has made some ...wishes.
So, it looks like the first wish was for Geni to grow giant. Easy enough. Seems the 2nd wish was for his belly to grow....BIG! And for the 3rd wish for all this to be permanent. Why? Why not?!?! Oh, the shoes, they more than likely were stolen. (not that I'm complaining..^^)
