Son of a beach, Crystal Crumpsy on the loose!

Taking in the vantage of the span of the beach around you, you find veritable chaos underway -- battles of grappling wrestlers, the pursuit of suitors and prey, cyclopean colossi the likes of which scholars dare not writ in the annals of lore! A slave auction underway reaches a frenetic conclusion -- there, at least, are familiar if unfortunate circumstances you are more canny to. While you remain confident in your illusory 'disguise' to blend in with these local denizens, the sheer energy of it all is overwhelming.

Instinctively, you fish free the vessel for your beloved companion, C.C.; should strife prove too formidable, you reasoned it would be helpful to have her nearby to better protect yourself. As you muster the essence to rouse the otherworldly canine, you are alarmed by an incredible outpouring of energy before she emerges -- clad in strange articles which you reason must be some manner of artifacts from this realm!

Daunting is the melee around you -- and you cannot shake the sense that your keen buune perception has failed to alert you of something important...
