This eastern dragon looks like they are made of jade, but I think that's the idea you were going for anyway given that both jade and eastern Dragons are associated with East Asia.
Those wings look pretty useless though, like vestigial limbs. But then again one doesn't often see eastern Dragons with vestigial wings.
