I've never had the experience this depicts myself, but I can tell from all the times I've seen it in media that you captured it well. It gives off the air of two friends just sitting there enjoying stargazing on a beautiful clear night.

I've never had the same experience myself too, with traveling by car somewhere far away from cities. But I love count stars with someone.
