Phoebe Bolero, a Spotted Hyena who works with Ringo and Dewford at Zoobourne Hospital.

Phoebe grew up in the outer suburbs of Zoobourne, which has made her very street smart. She met Ringo in high school where she was quite the bully, Ringo was the only one who stood up to her and after what was quite a bloody fight and several broken bones later, they became the best of friends. She's quite the tomboy and her speech is quite rough to the point she usually ends her sentences with "Yo".
After she left school however she fell in with a bad crowd, selling drugs and other illegal goods to the public. And once again, Ringo was there to save her from the life of a criminal and gave her a job as a network analyst at the Hospital.
