Weaponizing Mew's psychic bubbles, Elisa made special rings with wood from the tree, crystals found there, and special carvings that replicate the bubbles. The operating procedure is as follows

1) Weaken the LCU and pull out the ring
2) Activate the ring via the crystal marks, and blow a bubble, or multiple if needed
3) Once the LCU gets caught in one, if they don't pop it in time they will get docile and shrink
3*) Throw the ring at the shrunken bubble
4) Claim the stabilized containment bubble and turn it in back at the tree
