I was at Texas Furry Fiesta and this is one the comissions I got. Here we have Krystal aka Tobu with her Swatch Watch. Alright I know I will date myself with this one. But back in the 80s there used to be a fade for swatch watches....I thought they died in the 80s but apparently they still make them today. Well to give ya a bit of background these cheaply made watches you could get all sorts of things for them. You could interchange the bands even get scratch and sniff bands with smells like bananna and other such fruits. They even had a swatch guard to help give the watch more wear and tear but ummm....made seeing the time difficult. Dont know why but these watches were all the rage in the 80s and you were not one of the cool kids unless you had your swatch. The bands wore out good thing they made them interchangable but even though they were cheap to get by the time it was all said an done you could have probly gotten a really nice watch that would have lasted a lot longer *lol*. Though it seems as Krystal may be needing some replacement parts *smiles*. I really love the 80s so have been starting to comission some 80s themed comissions this is one of a few of the ones I got at Texas Furry Fiesta. Hope yall enjoy this comission as much as I do.
