I love drawing unusual characters, and this guy was no exception. Mech wanted a design that had a few similarities to Arkie, yet was a different type of fish. Since he was described as a sea dragon, I went with the leafy sea dragon for the look of the fins. The paint is gelpen, and is actually really freakin' glittery IRL.
