He's the reason Cody keeps getting in trouble. Now, it's not that Brody does it on purpose, he doesn't even know who Cody is and Cody has never met Brody. The thing is, by sheer coincidence Cody seems to always be just a few steps behind whatever ruckus Brody has been stirring up and when people come to describe the perpetrator well, things are vague enough that mistakes are common.
